Compliance

DRACE GEOCISA has a Global Compliance Management System with scope in criminal and anti-bribery compliance, competition law and due diligence in human rights. This system is certified according to UNE 19601, UNE-ISO 37001 and UNE 19603 standards. Its principles of action are defined in the following policies: Code of Conduct, Criminal Risk Prevention Policy, Anti-corruption Policy, Competition Policy and Human Rights Policy.

The Code of Conduct sets out the values and ethical business principles that must govern all areas of the company's activities. It also establishes guidelines for conduct aimed at guaranteeing the ethical and responsible behaviour of all persons subject to it.

DRACE GEOCISA is committed to ensuring that its Criminal Risk Prevention Policy is effectively implemented. This policy is designed to monitor and sanction any unlawful conduct, whether criminal or of any other nature. It also aims to maintain communication and awareness-raising mechanisms with the goal of promoting an ethical business culture and absolute compliance with the law.

The Anti-Corruption Policy sets out DRACE GEOCISA's regulatory framework for the prevention and detection of corruption and bribery activities within the company. It also promotes full compliance with the law in this area.

In contrast, the Competition Policy sets out the principles of action regarding the defense of competition. It demonstrates DRACE GEOCISA's unwavering commitment to monitoring and acting against any conduct that violates the law of free competition.

Similarly, in accordance with the Human Rights Policy, DRACE GEOCISA has assumed its responsibilities in this area by implementing a Due Diligence System. This enables DRACE GEOCISA to act in the event of any adverse impact that may occur in the scope of its activity in Human Rights.
